Horror Authors Read Summer Slashers

Four local horror authors, Jeff C. Carter, Scotty Milder, TL Bodine, and Bradley Nordell, read and discuss summer slasher fiction as part of Painted Lady’s ongoing Brews & Boos series. The bar at Painted Lady is genuinely small, so this reads less like a bookstore event and more like being three feet away from someone when they get to the gory parts, which is either the appeal or the problem depending on your nerves. Tickets are through Hold My Ticket, and the room size makes this a realistic sellout, so don’t wait on it.
