Black swimwear and sunscreen jokes aside, this is a proper late-night goth event at El Rey, one of the corridor’s most reliable rooms for dark and alternative programming. El Rey’s interior already has a certain theatricality to it, so the beach-meets-goth concept lands better here than it would in a generic club. Doors are late and the 18+ floor means the room skews younger, so plan accordingly if that changes your night.
