Steve Von Till & Six Organs of Admittance

Two solo artists from the heavy-music underground share a bill here: Steve Von Till, known as one half of Neurosis’s songwriting core, brings his sparse acoustic work, and Six Organs of Admittance is Ben Chasny’s long-running project in fingerpicked psychedelia. Sister Bar is a small room, which works in everyone’s favor tonight, because both of these artists reward close listening rather than background noise.
