Flor de Toloache at Albuquerque Museum
July 24 · 8:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Flor de Toloache is a New York-based all-women mariachi group that has spent the better part of a decade expanding what the genre can hold, pulling in jazz, cumbia, and bolero without losing the thread back to traditional son. The Albuquerque Museum’s courtyard is one of the better outdoor venues on the corridor, small enough that there’s no bad sight line and close enough to the bosque that the temperature actually drops by showtime. Guajira opens, so arrive early if you care about the full picture.
