Hollow Spirits makes its own gin, vodka, rum, whiskey and Zano agave spirits, some of it from New Mexico red corn, and builds its cocktails on them. Lavender vodka is the house signature.

About the room

Frank Holloway's distillery started making spirits in 2017 at 1324 1st St NW, on the industrial north edge of downtown, and opened a bar and kitchen there in late 2018. That building now handles private events only, and the public pour room moved to the former Bosque Brewing space at 5210 Eubank Blvd NE.

Before you go

For walk-in drinks go to the Eubank location in the Heights; the 1st Street space opens only for booked events. Check hollowspirits.com for current hours.
