Why this room makes the map

Hops & Dough fills its West Side taproom with a weekly calendar of karaoke, comedy, trivia, open mics and local bands. It runs as a family room too, with a kids menu next to a tap list that reaches 45 handles.

About the room

The taproom opened in June 2023 at 6361 Riverside Plaza Lane, in the space that used to be The Blue Grasshopper brewpub. The kitchen fires pizzas and turns out burgers, sandwiches and New Mexican plates, and the taps lean on New Mexico breweries.

Before you go

The kitchen closes an hour or two before the bar, so eat early on show nights. Check hopsndough.com or the taproom's Instagram for the music calendar and current hours.
