Luna's Kava Root stays open until 2 a.m. every night in the middle of downtown's bar district and never pours alcohol. Kava, the Pacific island root drink, comes by the shell or the growler, and live music and events run through the week.
About the room
The room at 400 Gold Ave SW, Suite 105, is small and modern with plenty of seats, and the music stays low enough to talk over. Beyond kava the menu runs to teas on tap and tiki-style tea builds.
