Brothers Ethan, Gregory and Chris Chant built it on vacant land on 2nd Street NW after the village asked them to turn the property into a community gathering place. The name is slang for a steel press, and the building is all steel, brick, concrete and glass. They make beer and cider and cook pub food from scratch.
