Town & Ranch is the flagship tasting room for Los Poblanos, and the gin in the glass is distilled on site next to the lounge. The bar team builds its classic and signature gin cocktails around the lavender fields at Los Poblanos, and some evenings bring live music.
About the room
It fills the 1940s building of Heaston's Town and Ranch Tractor Supplies on 4th Street NW, the road that carried Route 66 through town before 1937, and it revived the old store's name. By day it works as an espresso bar and farm shop selling lavender goods, provisions and New Mexico beer, wine and spirits.
