Ventana Ranch Community Park is where the city's summer concert series closes its season, with local bands on two stages, food trucks and New Mexico breweries spread across the lawn. The rest of the year it is a West Side neighborhood park.
About the room
The 17-acre park sits at the northeast corner of Universe Boulevard and Ventana Village Road on Albuquerque's far northwest side. It has playgrounds, shaded picnic tables, a big open lawn, and courts for basketball, tennis and pickleball.
Before you go
On concert nights the city has run free parking and shuttles from the CNM Westside campus and asked people to bring lawn chairs or blankets and leave glass and outside alcohol at home. Check cabq.gov for event details.
